Although we arrived late at night, the staff were still very friendly and helped us with everything. The room was immaculate and even came with a speaker, the lighting was modern and intuitive, and the toilet was amazing! I love the bidet and how it has a shower and a bath. The comfort levels were exceptional and the breakfast was delectable. I would definitely come here again.

Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Very nice hostel!!! It offers confort, nice common areas, very nice indoor and outside onsen. Staff is really kind, dorms are very clean. I would totally stay here again if I visit Japan again. totally recommended

Kid friendly facilities and friendly staff. The kitchen offers delicious dinner and breakfast (additional pay). Large and comfortable room.

This place was the most luxurious I stayed during my time in Japan. Just so professional. Super clean, friendly and even a private onsen for customers to use inside (most days I went there was no one there so it felt very private). Excellent location. Movie nights on Mondays! Walk away from the botanic gardens, right beside the train station. I just had the most wonderful stay here.

Vi var en familie på 4 og nød at vi kunne være i onsen alen bare os 4. Man skal sørge for at komme tidligt til check in da der sættes tid af til onsen inden middag og middag blev serveret ret tidligt kl 17.30.
