Lounge areas are great comfortable and spacious work areas for meetings. Most of the hotel staff speak English so it was very easy to communicate our needs.

It's perfectly located within walking distance from the train station, restaurants, bars and many of the sites we wanted to visit in Kyoto. It's located on a quite and quaint street. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the coffee bar in the lobby. The staff helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations. I also love that they are an eco-friendly hotel. I will recommend this hotel to all of our friends planning to visit Kyoto.

Excellent cozy beds and a wonderfully roomy and powerful rain shower.

The hotel has a spa with all the amenities, and the entire place looks modern and impressive. The reception area is very large, and the staff were extremely helpful. They provide unlimited essentials like moisturizer, face cleanser, and anything else you might need. The toilet and bathroom were separate, which added extra convenience. The hotel is located near a metro station that connects to the JR line, so we were able to travel to Kyoto Station for free.

Super clean, new, modern, big rooms, very close (a 8 minutes walk) to a good supermarket, 3 minutes walk to the metro station Takeda and 5 minutes metro ride to Kyoto station! Staff was very nice and helpful.
