Perfect location, especially with luggage and arriving from the station. We actually managed to take a breakfast at this hotel and it was a good mix of continental and Japanese.

It was a very enjoyable experience. Please do mind that most activity plays at the other part of Matsushima, which is about half an hour walking.

The owner goes out of his way to help you taking hospitality to the next lever, even by Japanese standards. Mino helped us get to the ferry, made sure we had the opportunity to play and feed the hotel cats, upgraded our room. There's no words to thank all the kindness we received.

Sendai Toshogu is 21 km away and Rakuten Seimei Park Miyagi is 22 km from the guest house. The location was excellent. Very close to the main sights and train stations. The host was very sociable and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. We had a lovely evening chatting to him and other guests and he recommended a local bakery and cafe which were both superb. He also arranged transport to the station on departure (too much luggage!).

Tokinenoyado Yunushi Ichijoh is situated in the Kamasaki Onsen district in Shiroishi, a 15-minute drive from Shiroishi Station and Shiroishi-Zao Station. Guests can enjoy the on-site private dining room. Free private parking is available on site. It was absolutely exceptional, from the food, to the staff, to the service and hot springs, everything was simply immaculate. You cannot get any better than this.

Several onsen to choose from and excellent Japanese food. The tatami room was beautiful very relaxing stay.
