The property was gorgeous, so well designed with modern touches but a traditional feel. We stayed in both junior suites and the maisonette and all were beautifully designed and decorated. The maisonette was two floors so could be tough for older people. The staff was friendly and helpful and made our group feel so welcome and comfortable. The food was amazing and the chef was lovely, chatting with our group each night and kindly tweaking the menu whenever needed for the picky people in our group. I can see this ryokan becoming very quickly widely recognized for its outstanding quality, design, and service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Yoruya and I hope to stay here again someday.

The only thing that is important to mention is that the restroom is in a separate part of the building, not too much trouble since it is your private restroom so you won't be sharing it but it is something to keep in mind. Service. Outstanding, the staff is supper helpful and even gives you recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They gave us snacks every day of our stay and refiled our drinks. One of the staff members even patiently helped me through my bad japanese (ありがたい) Location. 10/10 just 2 blocks from an amazingly beautiful river

The Shiroyama Terrace Tsuyama Villa ligger i Tsuyama, 2 minutters gang fra Tsuyama Wonder Museum, og har en have, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. Beautiful! Nice room. Onsen was amazing. Dinner was delicious and the breakfast even better! Staff was exceptional.

The facilities were exceptional with a nice LARGE bath, plenty of room and a fully equipped kitchen. Owner was very caring and filled the fridge with delicious local food, including the legendary Okayama Pione grape. Will come again next time we need to stay at Okayama!

The warming welcome and cleanliness,spot on,all the people working there were very lovely plus the younger ladies I struggled about making my bed and they came after dinner and made mine and all the stuff perfectly prepared. They definitely like their job and the place I reckon
