The bathtub is what sold me on the room! Nice big tub with views over the ocean and hot spring water pumped directly into your bathtub! The included breakfasts were also very good, very large servings, I didn't need lunch the days I had the breakfasts. The on-site onsens were heavenly, the "help yourself" coffee station was great, and the shop had all the things I like from the hotel available to buy ( got caramel apple tea and the lovely skin sets to take home). Highly reccommend this hotel!

Ichiraku tendo spa & brewery bevindt zich in Tendo, op 30 km van skigebied Zao Onsen, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Great all inclusive especially for beer enthusiasts. The room had a lot of space even with the futons laid out. We enjoyed the open air bath in the room and the private onsen. The meals were fantastic especially the dinners.

Hohoemino Kuyufu Tsuruya heeft natuurlijke warmwaterbronnen en ligt op 15 minuten lopen van het JR-station Tendo en op 50 km van Sendai. Beautiful property. The room was spacious! Even for Western standards. The private onsen was very nice. We did not try the public onsen. The staff were courteous and helpful. Although the staff had limited English proficiency, they all used a translation app to help with communication which was incredibly helpful.

Miyamaso Takamiya ligt op 10 minuten lopen van de kabelbaan Zao Sky en beschikt over 9 natuurlijke warmwaterbronnen. it was the best experience for me to stay in this beautiful ryokan. the staff is very nice try to explain everything in english. they also provide yukata to wear. the food is very delicious. everything is exceed my expectation. also they send us to terminal bus by car, because there is a heavy snowfall.
