The room was perfectly comfortable with great facilities and cooling system. The host was an absolute standout of the property! He welcomed us with fresh king coconuts and then took us for a tour around the lake and rice fields, including showing us plenty of water birds and crocodiles. He also helped organise transport for us between locations and was fully responsible for organising our safari (where we saw a leopard)! It was a highlight of our trip to stay here and highly recommended it for anyone hoping to see Yala!

There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. The property was beautiful. It felt like you were camping in the middle of nowhere, but had all the amenities. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating, especially Roy. Roy was so nice he came on safari with us. He had a lot of knowledge about Yala and just Sri Lanka in general. He made the visit much more welcoming. Would love to stay here again!

If you want some peace and a chill time before go to the crowder places in Sri Lanka I think is a right place. The owner was super kind and he helped us with everything You can also book a safari tour with the hostel. It was a fair price and the entrance of the N. Park you have there is much less crowdy than the most famous one. We could see many different animals, and our guide Weli was also very nice guy. He speaks good english and after the safari we shared a beer and a very nice talk. If you want visit a local village... Very recomended place!!! 10/10
