The rooms were clean, spacious, and near the porto about 5 min walk or less. The staff is actually the most helpful, friendly staff. They were very nice and if I were to book the hotel again it would be because of the staff.

Small details such as the cookies that were waiting for us on the kitchen table upon arrival, the candles, and the decorative elements create a comfortable environment and make us feel at home.
