From the moment you set foot in the Hotel from the moment we checked out the level of customer service was flawless. Close to Bukit Bintang and the closest MRT station was less than a 5 minute walk. The facilities are fantastic. The pool on level 51 was impressive and the adjacent sky deck was a nice experience. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a large choice of Indian, Asian and Western food. The suites was large and had every appliances you need. The view from the living room was fantastic, especially at night. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for three nights and had two connecting rooms - each one was very spacious, around 40m2, impeccably clean with every facility we could imagine including a sofa, ultra silent air conditioning, amazing beds, bath and shower, very tasteful decor, great TV and movies, generous free minibar with water (a must due to the hot temperatures). We loved the buffet breakfasts and dinners - it was a great opportunity to sample a wide range of local and international cuisine. The gym is among the best we have seen in a hotel with machines, free weights, several treadmills, etc., the infinity swimming pool is a great size for swimming as well as lounging around and the spa is also excellent. All the staff were very helpful and kind, a special mention for Ms Aslina Semsudin, the director of guest experiences who was very helpful. Finally, the location of the hotel is excellent with the Petronas Towers and many shopping areas within 10-15 minutes walk.
