Desert Quiver Camp wordt omringd door granieten aardlagen en wilde dieren. Het biedt eigen kookgelegenheid en prachtig uitzicht. We stayed for two nights in Desert Quiver Camp. The facilities are top notch and the location is very near to the Sossusvlei park gate. The BF and Dinner options at the Sossusvlei lodge was amazing. The sunset from the Camp is the highlight. Overall a wonderful and memorable stay.

Tsauchab River Camp Campsite ligt in Sesriem en biedt accommodatie met gratis privéparkeren. Bij de camping zijn er een tuin en een terras. Beautifully kept campsite with private bathroom that has enough hot water every evening for 4 very dusty travellers! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially when we arrived after dark due to a luggage mishap.

Little Sossus Campsite beschikt over een buitenzwembad dat het hele jaar door open is en biedt accommodatie in Sesriem met gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. The campsite is located about 35 minutes from Sesriem gate, and is very tidy, clean. Each campsite has its own little house with shower, bathroom, and kitchen area. They provide fire to warm up the water for the shower. It has electricity and you can park underneath to have coverage in case of wind. There is a little store and wifi! The owner is really lovely!

Namib Desert Camping2Go bevindt zich in Solitaire in de regio Khomas Region, en heeft een terras. Deze luxe tent heeft gratis privéparkeren en een conciërgedienst. Vermits we met 5 waren, hadden we 2 tenten voor 4 personen wat het duurder maakte dan andere locaties. Uiteraard betaal je hier ook voor de ligging. s Morgens ben je op klein uurtje aan ingang Sossusvlei, wat goed te doen is. Tenten zijn netjes en alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Heel mooi gelegen. s Avonds aten we 2x in de lodge, is enkel buffet. Lekker, gevarieerd en normale prijs.

Camp Gecko - PRIVATE NATURE RESERVE; TENTED CAMP AND CAMPSITE in Solitaire biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de bergen, een tuin, een terras en een barbecue. Camp Gecko is one of the best memories of our trip! The setting of the large, comfortable tents in the quiet of the desert; the fantastic dinner braai packs with venison steak, salad, home-made bread and even a dessert (as we were not set up for camping, we were given crockery to use for our meal); the swim in the fish pond/pool with mountains in the background; the long shared breakfast table, where we met interesting fellow travellers. The owner Anna and Ernst at reception, who were both lovely, and the beer in the fridge there which was always cold :). We are seriously considering going back there for a longer stay!

The Desert Grace in Solitaire biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de bergen, een terras, een restaurant en een bar. Zowel WiFi als privéparkeren is bij de lodge gratis toegankelijk. Alles was perfect 🩷 aankomst, huisje, zwembad, personeel, eten het personeel echt alles was fantastisch

We Kebi Safari Lodge ligt aan de weg C19, 88 km ten westen van Maltahöhe in de regio Hardap. Deze accommodatie heeft panoramisch uitzicht op het omliggende landschap. Warmly welcome and the owner is lovely friendly lady. The waterhole with its animals is amazing. The food is delicious and got size of portions. The rooms are quiet, clean and beautifully designed.

Located on a desert reserve between Sesriem and Solitaire, Soft Adventure Camp offers chalet accommodation for nature enthusiasts, just 30 minutes drive away from Namib-Naukluft National Park. I stayed here for 2 nights with my group of 15 people. Initially, I was hesitant to choose this property because the photos on the booking page don’t reflect its true essence, the images are low-quality, amateur, and not updated. Based on the pictures alone, I had doubts about the cleanliness and overall quality compared to the price. However, the camp completely exceeded my expectations. It’s a true treat and an authentic Namibian experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right between Windhoek, Walvis Bay, and the Sesriem/Sossusvlei road. If you stay here, you will save a lot of long-distance driving while visiting the must-see places in the region.

Solitaire Mountain Lodge offers views of the Namib Desert and the Naukluft Mountains. It features 1 outdoor pool, a garden and a restaurant. The location is beautiful, the staff are helpful. Delicious dinner, which is not expensive at all.
