There was no Breakfast even though the host did bring us some croissons with jam. The location is ok, but we didn't see any cafes or restaurants near by, we didn't have a car and it was raining alot while we were there. The host did provide us with a menu of pizza and sandwiches which had a delivery option. We opted to eat at Subway which is close by.

Amazingly accommodating family, offering beautiful and healthy food, including their home grown seasonal ingredients. The garden is so comfortable and dense, makes you feel like you are in your own little paradise. This place really is a fuente de vida, there is just so much life. It felt very safe to stay here, like being in a family home, but very private at the same time. We ended up staying two nights instead of the planned one because we were so comfortable, we slept very well through the night.

Paysage Cache ligger i Estelí og har udsigt til en have, restaurant, roomservice, bar, have og terrasse. Lodgen har både gratis wi-fi og privat parkering. We had a great stay! The room was nice, with jacuzzi. Gilbert is such a nice man, he made us feel at home and even is a good chef! So if you're not want to drive to the centre of Esteli he can cook you a very good meal. The area is beautiful and slightly cooler then te rest of Nicaragua. When we come back one day, we will definitely stay at Gilbert's place again and bring stroopwafels, or maple syrup ;)
