All three reception staff I saw were polite, friendly and helpful. I was visting to spend some time with my son who was studying in Nijmegen and the hotel was a great base for exploring the district. Nice touch having bikes to borrow, although I only did this once, would definitley have used more if better weather or staying for longer. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay!
