One thing I noticed while using the bathtub by the living room window: if the lower part of the window were frosted, guests could enjoy that time much more safely and comfortably. This is important because guests on the first floor using the lawn can clearly see into the second-floor bathtub. I’d recommend frosted glass to prevent any awkward situations and ensure privacy.

Easy parking, close by to the beach and main street. We could quickly jump in the car ride couple minutes down the main road to get something to eat. Or enjoy a walk by the beach for about an hour to the center. Clean, modern, had all the facilities. Perfect!

The view from the veranda over the adjacent farm at sunset was beautiful, and the host was very friendly. The unit was very clean and tidy, had everything you needed, including a full kitchen (even an air fryer!).

This was one of the best - or even the best - accomodation we had in New Zealand!
