Eddy and his family are very friendly. Our room was perfect. There was even warm water in the shower, which I didn't expect. We did a 2 hours Uros tour with Eddy. The tour was very interesting, we were at the local school as well as at local families and we totally recommend booking this tour! Moreover, we borrowed a kayak from Eddy and were kayaking. The nights are pretty cold on those islands, but you get very warm blankets and warming bottles. It was an amazing experience to learn more about Uros people and Lake Titikaka. We also recommend to try the lunch/dinner. It's very delicious.

Uros Samarana Uta Lodge ligger i Puno og har solterrasse og bjergudsigt. Titicaca-søen ligger 7 km fra overnatningsstedet. Me and my partner were amazed, had an amazing time staying on lake titicaca. Was great to be surrounded by nature and serenity. Such a beautiful rural location. The host was friendly, approachable and attentive too. food and drink was included and it was filling. The property was stunning and the host invited us to explore and visit the native community which offered an indepth insight into the history and logistics as well. I booked accommodation and in hindsight realised i have also purchased great memories that will last a lifetime. Many thanks again to the host, the hospitality was warm, exceptional and genuine. We hope to the floating islands again one day.

Uros Qhantany Lodge ligger på de flydende øer i Uros, 5 km uden for Puno-kysten, og tilbyder indkvartering midt i Titicaca-søen. Puno-kysten ligger 30 minutters sejlads derfra. This place is magical. Delia and Wilber were great, very friendly, we learned a lot about living on the island. They took us on the boat fishing, we tried on the traditional clothes and they booked for us the trip to Taquile island. Meal was delicious. Delia is a great cook. Beatiful sunsets. It was really relaxing stay.

They picked us up in the harbour and took us to their island. The lodge is beautiful, very spacious, the bed is huge and the views were incredible. There is a heater if you are cold. Upon request thay take care of a great breakfast and dinner and take you for a boatride around the islands. They helped us arrange a transfer to Taquile island as well. For the communication Spanish is necessary.

Titicaca Maya Lodge Perú ligger i Puno, kun 6,6 km fra Estadio Enrique Torres Belón. Her er en have, en terrasse og roomservice. Der er privat parkering mod et ekstra gebyr. We loved absolutely everything. The room, the food, the veiws, all the little duckies. I only wish we stayed two or three nights, instead of one! We had the most relaxing time lying on the outdoor bed watching the birds and reading. As mentioned in prior comments, payment is in cash and there are a few extra minimal costs. Communicate prior to your stay to find out the total cost including extra meals and boat taxi so you can have the soles you need, plus extra for purchasing some of Elena's amazing weave work!
