Asif and the other restaurant staff were very attentive, and the head chef himself was very accommodating. Even the security and support staff were excellent. The design, comfort, and cleanliness are all appreciated. The overall vibe is more updated and aesthetic than the outdated big name hotels in Karachi... The location is also great, located near cafes and shopping in Zamzama, Ocean Mall, Dolmen Mall, etc.

They added me to a whatsapp group where i could reach for anything. Cleaning service came every day. They offered free breakfast and you could order up to 10 things for free. Great breakfast for European people. After we did the checkout theu kept the bags all day for us. When we came back they even offered a complementary drink for us. Great stuff, Highly recommend
