The hotel rooms were very comfortable and had a balcony with an amazing view of the pool and sea. We lay in bed at night with the door open and listened to the waves and watched the sunrise. The hotel was just outside the town but there is a lovely promenade outside which leads into the town. Pool towels are provided and there is a small gym (which we didn’t use as preferred to run along promenade). Buffet breakfast was very nice. Car parking available on site. There was a lovely restaurant next door to hotel on sea front which was lovely in the evening.

Staying at Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico has been an amazing experience. My best hotel stay ever. Amazingly kind and attentive staff, they all seemed to give their best to make sure that the guests have everything they need and enjoy their stay. The hotel has an amazing location, great view to the ocean, really nice rooms, good gym, nice pool and I also really liked the bar. The value for money is just excellent. Certainly not the cheapest accommodation in Ponta Delgada but taken all into account, it has exceeded my expectations. I would go back anytime, and will definitely do so the next time I am going to the Azores.

Overall, it's a delightful spot with a unique charm that extends beyond the accommodations.

The location near the airport didn't bother us as we were out exploring the island all day. We loved to come back to our lovely, spotlessly cleaned, decorated with amicable taste apt. which smelled nice. Complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch each day. Kitchen had everything we needed and beyond including Nespresso machine. The apt. was quiet and had a patio overlooking the horses. Our son took a beginner lesson riding a horse which was a cherry on top! Still talks about his experience and already misses Biscuit. The pool and jacuzzi area are well maintained. The breakfast made of local products was very good. We enjoined our stay thanks to a very welcoming and attentive staff. Thank you!

The location could not be better – easy parking right by the property, just a pleasant stroll into town, perfectly situated for exploring the entire island, and conveniently close to a large supermarket. We always felt completely safe here, which added so much peace of mind to our holiday. The cleanliness is simply impeccable – everything spotless and fresh, every day. The entire place is beautifully organized, with a layout that makes it feel both spacious and homely. The kitchen is especially well thought out: each room has its own assigned table, cupboard, and set of plates, utensils, and cooking items, which keeps things wonderfully neat and easy for everyone. And then there is Catarina – what a host! She is truly the heart of this place. Warm, sincere, and full of genuine care, she puts her soul into making her guests feel welcome and valued. She visits daily to tidy and refresh the common areas, replace the flowers, and, more often than not, surprise guests with delicious homemade or local treats. She is thoughtful, adaptable, and always ready to help – whether it’s offering great local tips or simply checking in via message to see if we needed anything. We felt so looked after and appreciated her kindness enormously. The property itself feels like a peaceful haven – quiet, comfortable, and infused with warmth and charm. Everything here has been designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, and you can feel the love and pride that goes into it. We travel often, but this stay will remain a highlight for us. If you’re looking for a spotless, perfectly located, safe, and beautifully run accommodation with a host who truly cares, look no further – this is the place! We would return in a heartbeat.

Canto`s Green Garden, Apartamentos Turísticos & SPA, 4 Estrelas ligger i Furnas og har en terrasse bjergudsigt samt pooludsigt. We loved the surroundings of the accommodation and the fact that you have exclusive access to a wonderful garden. The apartment is comfortable, and the large windows frame the nature around you. We equally enjoyed the swimming pools, and my children safely played in the kids shallower pool. The staff was very kind and friendly. I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.

Christina was amazing and made our stay as comfortable as it gets! She took care everything we needed, such an amazing experience to get such a personal feeling. The room was very clean and beautiful. We loved staying so close to the ocean. Location was great to get anywhere in the middle / east side of the island. Breakfast was simple and everything you need to start of the day.

The Farm - Azores Boutique House ligger i Ponta Delgada, 11 km fra Pico do Carvão, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og en terrasse samt privat parkering. The staff went over and beyond to accomodate our requests and to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The hotel is beautifully decorated and newly renovated. The salt water pool was awesome with comfortable lawn chairs and bathroom/shower facilities. Will certainly return!!
