Nothing bad to say, a lot of space to chill, it’s clean and beautiful. There is free hot/cold water. Free tea/coffee. The breakfast is great.

The cottage was spacious with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Location really quiet and close to everything (bus station, Clocktower area, 7-11 etc.). The owner was very friendly and helpful, it was obvious he cares his guests have a fulfilling experience in Chiang Rai.

Offering outdoor pool and a restaurant, Le Patta is 100 metres from Saturday Night Walking Street. It features rooms with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony. A friendly hotel with delightfully kind staff. It has a great location and a lovely charm. The room was comfortable, although the water in the shower drained a bit slowly. Breakfast was adequate, and the all-day snacks were a nice touch—the banana chips are delicious! The room was generally quiet, but if the neighbors sit out on their balcony even just to chat, you can unfortunately hear every word. We were lucky to have a very nice couple next door; when we asked them, they kindly moved inside so we could rest. The hotel organized a private taxi for us for a full day of sightseeing. Our driver was so cool and friendly that we decided to go with him again the next day.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. The room is spacious and equipped with all the essential amenities. However, the highlight is stepping out onto the balcony to take in the beautiful view of the swamp or lake, teeming with life. You’ll see birds gracefully walking on lily pads, catfish gliding through the water, and hear the harmonious sounds of frogs and nature. On top of that, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! Also Tong the dog is so cute ❤

Chris, Tony and Skyler tried to burn my passport in order to make me stay. I wish they did. I loved every second of it.

Pikban Homestay is an exceptionally clean and well-maintained place, with so many thoughtful details that make you feel right at home. The owner is absolutely wonderful, always ready to assist with anything you need. She also prepares an outstanding breakfast!! The air conditioning was perfect, allowing us to sleep soundly through the night. The location is great, just a short 10/15teen-minute walk to the center of town, yet nestled in a peaceful, authentic neighborhood. The best way to find the homestay is to set your GPS to Wat Doi Ngam Mueang วัดดอยงำเมือง. Once you arrive at the temple, take the small downhill road to the left, and the house is immediately on your right. Staying here was a true pleasure, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area
