Det nye Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort – SHA Plus har en fantastisk placering ved Bangsak Strand, en lang kyststrækning ud til Andamanhavet, kun 90 minutters kørsel fra Phuket Internationale... Placeret i roligt område med en meget lækker sandstrand og poolområde. Vanvittig lækker morgenmadsbuffet, fås ikke bedre. Meget sødt og venligt personale på hele matriklen. Gode faciliteter blandt andet legerum til børn. Gode restauranter på stedet, men også inden for gåafstand langs stranden.

Moracea by Khao Lak Resort tilbyder 5-stjernet indkvartering på stranden, på den let skrående Khao Lak-bakke. Der er spa- og udendørs pool med havudsigt samt fitnessrum og restaurant på stedet. The room was spacious, elegantly designed and had a wonderful view out to sea (we were in a Grand Deluxe close to reception, so the relative height at the top of a hill offered a great vantage point). Breakfast was outstanding with tonnes of vegetarian (and gluten-free) options, which was wonderful as so many Thai breakfasts tend to be so meat-heavy - this was a welcome break. The staff were courteous and friendly without exception, and the a/c in the room managed to keep the room cool despite the humidity outside. Visiting in low season was superb value, and honestly with just a few minutes of rain on one of our three day stay, a June visit is really a no-brainer, especially as nearby Khaolak is so quiet and crowd-free during this time. Walking around the resort is a pleasure - if you're lazy and don't consider walking in lush vegetation to be enjoyable, then go stay somewhere flat.

Every single staff we met are geniunly friendly and welcoming, even the garderner happily answered my questions with a smile. Wide range of facilities and activities that we couldn't even explore 20% during our 3day 2 nights stay. Loved the wave pool and the circular connecting pool. So much space for my son to run around. Olive restaurant's food was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Came back for buffet on next day and the chef at the cold cut area showed me the best way to eat a tomato. The memory of the time oir family spend there will be deeply treasured for a long time and we will 100% visit again in the future.

Dette 4-stjernede luksushotel ligger i en regnskov, få skridt fra Yao Yai-øernes stille kyst. Fantastisk sted. Hotellet er nyt og smagfuldt indrettet, værelserne var store og lækre, og personalet var så søde. Maden i restauranten, faciliteterne på hotellet og servicen var i top og alt levede til fulde op til vores forventninger.

We really enjoyed eating our meals at the edge of the beach. The resort was spotless and there were always sunbeds available to us. The staff were lovely. I would highly recommend a stay there and look forward to returning myself.

Cozy room impeccably clean and with appreciated details like adaptor plugs and welcome folder presenting optional activities. Love the private deck.space to simply watch life along the canal. Khanittha and her husband have put alot of love in this place and Khanittha is a wonderful cook. The location is isolated which is the charm to be away from the busier tourist world. So nice to simply retreat here. Khanittha arranged a private boat to explore around the bay and drive to airport in Phuket was easy.

Our stay at the Marriott Beach Resort & Spa in Khao Lak was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations and made for a truly unforgettable holiday. The breakfast was exceptional—incredibly varied, high-quality, and beautifully presented, with options for every taste, both Western and Asian. All of the resort’s restaurants are excellent, offering consistently delicious food and a great dining experience. The staff truly deserve special recognition. Everyone was friendly and professional, but Bob and his team at the reception desk stood out for their outstanding service. They were extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, providing everything you would expect from a top-tier Marriott resort. Relaxing by the Quiet Pool was wonderfully peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The beach is breathtakingly beautiful—pristine, expansive, and ideal for enjoying stunning sunsets. The surrounding area also offers some great dining options. There are several excellent local restaurants nearby, with Blue Sky being a definite must-visit. In short, this resort offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and relaxation. We would highly recommend it and would love to return in the future!
