The staff feels like a family and helped us feel at home at all times, and provided endless support for all details. The location is in the heart of the Medina, with very easy access to the most important spots of the historical Tunis, but also easy access to transportation and taxi to the city or to Carthage. The breakfast is excellent and the dinners are mouthwatering.

Depending on the season, the hotel boasts a total of 6 restaurants including one on its own private beach. This hotel never disappoints, the staff are lovely, it’s clean and comfortable, huge pool, great beach, breakfast is generous and delicious, we had a lovely sea view… special mention to Hayet who took care of our room and was available for anything we needed.

The pool is wonderful, it feels like your own private haven, the lobby extremely well maintained. The room we took was massive, well ventilated, and just super beautiful. Aziz was a wonderful manager - make sure you keep him, playing with our little one, bringing him the resident turtles, and generally helping us with anything we need. We liked the unit so much that we extended by a day.

The house is amazing with a lot of history, Mehdi is a great host who made us feel as his own guests rather than customers. The ladies who work there were extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing. the location is also great as it's one of the safest areas in Tunis and there are a lot of popular cafes and restaurants in a walking distance. We would definitely come back again next time and I would recommend the place to friends.

Upon arrival, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful complimentary decoration on our bed. It was thoughtful, elegant, and made my wife incredibly happy. This small gesture added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. The hotel is also extremely secure, with 24/7 security that makes you feel safe at all times. There’s free parking available, which is a huge plus, and the staff are always ready to help with luggage or anything you might need. Special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay. In short, The Nine Lifestyle Hotel offers not just a place to sleep, but a complete hospitality experience: cleanliness, comfort, security, and warm human interaction.
