The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Grand Hyatt at SFO has a fitness centre and a bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi. I appreciated that the hotel gave clear instructions on how to find it in the terminal. Most hotels totally ignore this common-sense courtesy, or don't even tell you they have a free shuttle. The room was well--appointed and didn't waste bathroom space on a useless bathtub. The bed was comfortable and the linen soft. Decent choices for upscale or casual dining, and a good wine selection.

Parking is very convenient, the owner has great taste, and all the room facilities are modern and well-maintained.
