Staff had lots of personality (in a good way). Rooms were well designed for reading in bed, making coffee, charging devices & getting ready. Seaport location fabulous for restaurants, walkable.

It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

Prince of Whales ligger i Truro, mindre end 1 km fra Cold Storage Beach, og har en restaurant, en bar og gratis privat parkering. Kroen har gratis wi-fi og ligger ca. The place was very cozy and it was close to all the beaches. Everything in the cottage was right at your fingertips and the bed was very comfortable. We'll be planning to stay again soon. It made an early birthday getaway spectacular.
