Our room had a coffee maker, we requested a tea kettle and they immediately obliged. The location was unbeatable, you're right on the fifth avenue and literally a 10 min walk to all main attractions (MOMA, Times Square, Broadway, Summit One etc.). Subway station is really close too They don't serve breakfast but have so many cute little bakeries and cafes around that you would really want to try those anyway. Elevators are quite fast. The service was wonderful and staff is absolutely fantastic, always helpful, friendly and greeting you with a smile. We loved every minute of out stay. Thank you for making our trip so special.

San Carlos Hotel is near to everything! The staff was amazing! They were always welcoming and willing to assist with our every need. What I loved most was that we had a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Will definitely return!
