The hotel is in a great location, few minutes walk to Old Town with lots of interesting shops around the corner from the hotel and on the stroll to town. It has a lovely pool, with sheltered areas. Huge room, comfortable bed, replenished water every day. The breakfast has every selection for a yummy start to the day. The Italian style food in the evening is fresh and delicious, we only had dinner once but it was a change from Asian food. This hotel was evacuated in the flood Oct 25, the staff were amazing in a state of emergency they were calm, efficient and the efforts they made ensured we were safe and as comfortable as possible. I sincerely hope that the staff realize the sterling job they did and feel appreciated.

A cozy and inviting room that felt like a home away from home. We slept soundly every night thanks to the comfortable bed and quiet surroundings.

Casa Dos Príncipes Hotel & Spa har en god beliggenhed i centrum af Hanoi, 3 minutters gang fra Hanois gamle byport. Her er en bar og et spa- og wellnesscenter. The location is unbeatable. Right next to the beer street but remains quiet at night. The door does not block much sound(a wide gap at the bottom of the door) but there are only two other rooms on the same floor so it was overall peaceful and quiet at night time. Complimentary breakfast remained the same for all four days we were there. It was simple but filled your stomach. I’d recommend getting pho for breakfast though. The highlight would have to be the helpful staff. From check-in, we felt welcomed and valued as guests to the hotel. We were offered, free of charge, early check-in and late check-out which we did not initiate. The manager Lee gave us tips on where to dine and sightsee. He seems like a genuine, professional worker who does his best to accommodate guests’ needs.

Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service throughout my stay was consistently excellent.
