The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good, no complaints. The most impressive experience being the exceptional service quality from the staffs throughout our stay. Luna from the front desk being always cheerful and enthusiastic, helps us all along our stay with very thoughtful details. On the last day we have to leave very early and prepared to skip breakfast . Unexpectedly Luna packed a very good breakfast for us to eat in the airport. We are very happy about this. Overall we feel very satisfied with the hotel and will recommend to friends who will come to Ho Noi in the future.

My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and I definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

They will even give recommendation where to get Nails and hair done. Location - very close to the Lake and everything. Lots of other restaurant nearby. Massage- super nice. got 3 full body massage during my stay. I ended up extending my stay and they gave me a room upgrade. Restaurant - aside from the normal buffet breakfast, they also serve Ala cart during breakfast for free. In room dining is excellent. The pan seared Salmon with Passion fruit is my favorite paired with the lava cake. I ordered it 3x during my stay. Definitely coming back to Hanoi and rebooking this hotel.
