Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible service provided by Ping and her assistant Trang at the reception. Ping, who worked every day during our stay, delivered the highest level of hospitality and attentiveness. She genuinely cared about our well-being, checked in on our experience, and provided valuable recommendations. Her English proficiency was the best I encountered among all the Vietnamese people I met during my trip to Phu Quoc, making communication effortless and pleasant. I truly hope that the hotel management recognizes and rewards Ping for her outstanding commitment to guest satisfaction—she sets a remarkable standard for customer service! Housekeeping was impeccable – our room was always spotless. The refrigerator and air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room itself was beautifully maintained, with everything in ideal condition. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. Det bedste hotel vi nogensinde har boet på!!! Vi havde 5 nætter og var så trætte af, vi ikke tog nogle flere. Helt fantastisk beliggenhed ned til vandet. Masser af ledige solvogne. Personalet var så betænksomme og venlige. Meget stille respekt resort perfekt til solferie. Skøn restaurant på hotellet hvor vi spiste alle dage.

Sunset town Phú Quốc ligger i Phú Quốc og har udsigt til byen, restaurant, en børneklub, bar, have, udendørs pool (der er åben hele året) og terrasse. Overnatningsstedet har aircondition og boblebad. The unit is amazing. Wonderfully large deck with great views. Perfect location, and the room was just as described. Nothing compares to Bee, though. What a wonderful and sweet person to be greeted and supported by during our stay. If you need anything, Bee truly wants to be part of your solution. I fell ill the last couple of days, and he reached out to me while I was in another town to make sure I was doing well. Stand up, guy. Without a doubt, I will be reaching out to Bee once we get back to Phu Quoc. Keep being awesome, pal.

Canaan Beach Resort ligger i Phú Quốc, et stenkast fra Long Beach, og har en have, et privat strandområde og en restaurant samt gratis privat parkering. Alt. Det var så hyggelig, personlig og havde et strejf af paradis. Værelserne var så hyggelige og de små overdækkede terrasser med den lille sofa gav anledning til, at side og fordøje dagens oplevelser inden man lagde sig godt tilrette i sin seng. Personalet var så søde, hjælpsomme og opmærksomme TAK. Vi har nydt 4 dage med skøn og varieret morgenmad. Spist lækker friskfanget fisk til aften og selv været i det skønne udekøkken og lave frokost. Vi fik vasket vores tøj og lånte scooter en hel dag og nød den dejlige strand. Alt er muligt her. Indkøb er 5 min fra hotellet samt et hav af restauranter. Selv om der er liv i byen, er det helt stille på Canaan Beach Ressorts. Vi kan varmt anbefale denne skønne plet til alle der vil nyde livet tæt ved strandkanten.

Sakurakyo Hotel & Spa Phu Quoc ligger i Phú Quốc, 24 km fra Sung Hung Pagoda, og har en restaurant, en bar og gratis privat parkering. Honestly such a cute stay!! The location was like.. right in front of that proposal bridge thing, so we got crazy good views of the fireworks at night 😍 Our room looked like a tiny Japnese house, and the balcony had flowers!! Sooo pretty I didn’t wanna leave. Staff were super nice, like genuinely kind and helped w everything. They even took pics for us. They had a buggy (like an elec car) to drive us anywhere in town for freee (yes free!!). Breakfast was yum – that cream puff thing? 10/10 would eat again 😂 Also got free cable car tix (valid after check-in day) and they actually reminded me in advance so I could plan better – love that. Will def come backkk if I go Phu Quoc again!!

The room was clean and well-equipped, with a beautiful view and stunning sunsets. The staff were prompt and friendly, and everything was very satisfying.

Hillside apartment sunset town city ligger i Phú Quốc og tilbyder indkvartering med udendørs pool, gratis wi-fi, en have og en terrasse. The location was perfect, we could catch a glimpse of the kiss of the sea show right from our balcony and also the incredible fireworks. Room had a kitchenette with necessary utensils and a working washing machine which was perfect as we were on the road for 2 weeks. Also the rooftop pool is just incredible, we enjoyed the sunset from there :) Staff is great and acknowledge your request wholeheartedly. Sunset town and the night market (Vui fest bazaar) is just a km away and you will always find buggy running from the ground floor for only 15k dong per person to the sunset town and night bazaar. There is a small supermarket nearby which is convenient to buy groceries ( but it's very complicated to purchase things there as mostly it's in Vietnamese or korean and they don't mention price anywhere like 7/ 11 so do ask before you buy anything). Instead I would suggest the big mart which is there in the sunset town, it's very big, prices are low and it opens from 9am to 11pm. Has everything from soap to wine at a reasonable price and you will die shopping there 😁
