Kamunjila staff is professional, welcoming, understandable, and always ready to help. The lodge is a great example of sustainability, proximity, and awareness. You need to go to understand. If you like to taste local meal, go for the fish from the Zambezi river, try nshima or taste mango picked up for you straight from the tree. Enjoy the garden and hear the stories about plants and animals from the local expert, great guide! Get impressed by the talented artist painting in the garden. My stay was wonderful. The place is neat and tidy, service is excellent and Godfrey is extremely helpful and professional. It was a short stay but my family and I enjoyed our stay, the host made it so comfortable for us and when we return to Livingstone soon, we're certainly booking this place again

It was very spacious, clean, and well decorated! The showers were good - warm and good water pressure.

How do we describe the magic of this place? It’s almost impossible! We stayed at Muke Village Guesthouse for three nights and wished we could have stayed for a month—that’s how much we loved it. Our 8-year-old couldn’t get enough of sitting around the fire, playing football with the local kids, and exploring the village. What a fantastic community! We travel extensively, and this experience stands out as one of the very best we’ve ever had. Muke Guesthouse isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a full experience for life. The breakfast is fantastic and absolutely worth it, and the dinners are just as delicious. We hadn’t planned to eat dinner at Muke, but we ended up having it every night because we didn’t want to waste a moment away from the village. They also arranged an excellent taxi driver for us at a reasonable price, which made getting around easy. We will never forget our time here, and we will surely be back!
