Beautiful and unique experiential accommodation. Clean, lovely rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, and a stunning location. The history of the place can be felt everywhere. The hotel is located right in the heart of the castle. The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and the waiter Adrian is a real showman.

The hostess and her family were very kind!!! The apartment was beautiful and very clean, as it appears in the photos. The bathroom was also clean and comfortable. We parked the car in the closed courtyard of the house. The location of the apartment is quite close to the center of Berat, we moved around on foot, we only took the car to go up to the castle. We were impressed by the rich breakfast on the terrace of the house from her own products and things that the hostess herself had prepared for us! We totally recommend this place!

After being left with no shelter by another guesthouse (our original reservation) in 23:00 at night, because they didn't comply with the services it had claimed to offer, at 23:20 we made a super last minute reservation for the night in Berat Mozaik Hotel, and an adorable sir left his house in the middle of the night to come to the hotel, take us in, take care of us and restore our previously broken faith in the country's hospitality. There are no words to express our gratitude. The room was new-built, comfortable and clean, the sheets and towels were very clean and fresh (smelled wonderfully), the bathroom was equipped with everything we needed, the host was so kind and helpful, even that late in the night.

Lovely family that took amazing care of us. Rooms were super clean and beautiful. Location was amazing, very close to the centre and a lovely local neighbourhood. Owners gave us good recommendations about what to do in the area. Super tasty and big breakfast. Thank you for everything! when we will be in Berat once more we will definitely come and stay here again!

This hotel located at perfect location away from Berat old town, you can enjoy the walk at morning and evening which only 30mins walk to old town, nice and quiet place for your sleep, and also pet friendly. The owner is love the dogs.
