A very short stroll to Hyams Beach and the local coffee shop which had great coffee and meals. The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly think of to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen was superbly fitted out, which made self catering so simple - you do not need to bring a thing! - literally not anything! Even a beautiful decanter and Reidel type wine glasses (which is the only way to enjoy fine wine) Gorgeous Ashley and Co products in the bathrooms, and spacious, classic, modern furnishings in all the bedrooms. The living areas and balcony overlooking the beach are just so easy to relax and unwind in. We actually were unlucky to have rain the entire time we were there, but we were so grateful to have such a warm and inviting home to enjoy. Jan, our host was such a pleasure to communicate with, and all the details were provided very clearly and efficiently.

The location is just amazing- walk across the right straight into the main access to Hyams Beach. Walk a few houses the other way to the local cafe. There is a good view of the water from the deck too - I feel like this is downplayed in the ad on booking.com! Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, outside shower is very handy after a swim. Marina was a good host, we appreciated the welcome message and pack for our special occasion.

It was warm, beautifully furnished, very inviting with so many sitting areas to choose from. Bathroom was very modern with great hot shower, kitchen fully functional vintage ambience. Lighting was good and to top it off, we were greeted by kangaroos right outside the property. Enough bedding and extra blankets were very appreciated on this cold winter nights. Sitting down for tea or dinner felt fabulous with all the choice of cups and dinnerware!

Really nice property. Very modern and spacious. There was 8 of us staying at this property and the place never felt over crowded. Good facilities and was very clean. Less than 10 mins to Husky Beach as well as restaurants, cafes and pubs. Highly recommend.

Great location. House was spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes. Couches were comfortable. Loved all the porches, especially the front. Didn't use the BBQ but it was great to have the option. Liked the outdoor shower to wash feet after the beach.

Fantastic location - Chinaman beach is just 4min walk. (Relatively) clean and comfortable Pet/dog friendly a massive bonus - good sized enclosed backyard. Very nice deck with ocean views. 3 good sized bedrooms. Has all amenities you need in a holiday house (except AC in bedrooms).

Perfect for a relaxing getaway, footsteps to stunning and dog-friendly Hyams Beach, plenty of room for everyone, nice eco-friendly toiletries and good coffee. Only drawback no aircon but there are big windows and large undercover decks to get the sea breezes.
