This is not a corporately-owned hotel, and you can tell. It simply felt more human and less business-orientated. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and we had a highly enjoyable stay. Breakfast was very good, with a buffet of everything you might possibly want. The Germans are good at breakfast, and if you looked carefully, you could even find hot bacon, sausages and scrambled egg as well as fresh bread rolls, ham, cheese, salami and suchlike. There's also a good selection of teas, with a kettle to hand to make sure the water really is boiling. That's a huge step up on most hotels on the Continent. One to keep, I think.

We liked everything about this hotel. Location, staff, great and huge room, spa with swimming pool, different kind of sauna and so on. Good quality breakfast. We will definitely come back and stay more.

Easy to locate, lots of space for parking, very clean ans comfortable. For a last minute booking and price a veey good place. Staff spoke English and was helpful.

Super friendly staff, very clean and beautiful rooms. Also food in the restaurant was delicious. Note that if you travel with a dog - additional fee may apply at the checkin. In our case it was 10 euros.

Central location and good dinner and breakfast. We were happy with an upgrade into the newer part of the hotel at the backside of the hotel, which was very quiet. Very good room, bathroom and a good bed. Our bikes could be stalled inside a barn next to the hotel. Would love to come back.
