The people, the location, the cleanliness and quietness of the place. The place is ideally located, about 20 mins walk from seafront and restaurants, very easy to reach by car or bus. The place is very private and quiet. I hope to stay there again when I come back to Tenerife!

The hotel is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen! Everything is perfect and precise down to the smallest detail. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped — the beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms feel like a mini spa, and the balconies are simply perfect. Every detail is thoughtfully designed and executed impressively. The food at the hotel is at the level of a chef’s restaurant — very diverse and delicious. There is a tennis court (additional fee) which is very nice, and a gym that is free and open 24/7. Cleanliness is of a very high level — everything is spotless, well-maintained, and smells great. The lobby is stunning, and there are two clean and enjoyable pools for swimming and relaxing. The location is excellent — right near a beautiful black-sand beach suitable for swimming, and within walking distance of the promenade. In short — a perfect experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No need to think twice — just book this hotel! The best hotel in Tenerife!

Loved our holiday at Ritz Carlton . The room was very large with a lovely feel , I think recently renovated. Every one of the staff were excellent, especially Victor in the lobby bar , what a gentleman! The hotel had beautiful grounds and gardens you felt like you were in paradise. The breakfast was lovely and the restaurants for evening meals were exceptional. We tried them all apart from the Japanese only because we don’t like Japanese, I’m sure they were lovely too . The restaurants are expensive but I’d say it’s a dining experience not just the food , the staff in all the restaurants were again exceptional. The beach was beautiful and had a lovely beach bar . We have just arrived back home and already thinking of booking for next year we had a great holiday . Also if you’re a golfer the Abama golf course is amazing. I’ve played golf all over the world and this was up there with the best.
