Sitting by the fire in the evenings after a long hike or a day out was just perfect! • Lovely and warm for most of the evening whilst the heating is on. • Well stocked kitchen with clean and functional utensils and equipment. • Super quiet and rural location on a working farm in seemingly the middle-of-nowhere. • There's a neolithic burial chamber just across the field. • Property has several access roads and is close to Betws-y-coed. • Excellent communication with host. • The games room in the garage outside!

The owners were very personable and we enjoyed chatting with them at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast...it was fabulous! We really enjoyed playing with Lola, the dog and Boyd, the cat. We felt we could move around the property like it was our home. We had the attic rooms and enjoyed all the extra space.

Amazing apartment - everything very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. No parking but we had no problem finding free parking very close by. Little bit of noise from pub next door but didnt go on late and didnt bother us- might be a consideration if guests have small children.

This property had everything we could of needed and more, the kitchen in particular had absolutely everything including all condiments, there were so much space, lovely decoration, comfortable and warm. It was perfect for our family of 10 and I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend this property.

Lovely little cottage on a family farm, had everything you needed. Liked the upside down layout of the bedroom downstairs made it really quirky. Briefly seen Tom and Mary to say hello to but apart from that your left to it but they are happy to help if you need anything. Also had a visitor one morning from a lovely friendly dog. Overall our weekend was brilliant and we will be returning in the future.

Location was excellent, well off the beaten track, very low light pollution (great for stargazing). Close enough to amenities in the local town. Loved the wood fire and the property was very easy to get to grips with (well apart from the numerous light switches :) ).
