We received a lovely, warm welcome at reception when we arrived after a tough day. We had a beautiful room, overlooking the garden. Dinner was exceptional (5 stars), our young server was a joy to deal with, knowledgeable, recommended a lovely cider and a great sense of humour. We ate a lovely breakfast outdoors the next morning.

This is the first time we have stayed overnight with our little cavapoo so we were thinking accommodation would not be as lovely as a non-dog friendly accommodation, but we were hugely surprised and very happy. Lovely six foot bed, white, super-clean bedding and lots of space. As it is very muddy around we were very conscious of keeping our dog clean. It would have been useful to have some sort of outdoor shower for dogs as there was no hand shower in the bathroom. There are lovely walks nearby and we will definitely come again and stay for longer.

That was the most amazing experience we have had while traveling in England. The huts are located in the field next to the horses ranch. This is a private place with 2 huts, open air kitchenette, separate bathroom with shower and an outdoor whirlpool . We made some grill on the open fireplace, played few games (there are a plenty of in the hut), there is actually everything you need both for cooking and leasure (some outdoor games, table games, etc) The decor is great, with the attention to every single details. A bit plus that there is no WiFi or TV - you can enjoy nature and the company of people you came with. Children loved it as well as the parents! A great experience for people used to live in the big cities who would like to enjoy the nature with some comfort

Slight mixup on booking we were allocated a dog friendly room, however after a discussion with staff before our visit we agreed to have one night in the dog friendly room but we were moved into a new room for our second and third night which was lovely and dog free.

Amazing views, perfect location for dog walking. Parking not so easy when busy & electric charger space used by non electric car! Bed really comfy & room very spacious - plenty of room for big dog too. Breakfast & dinner both excellent & staff very welcoming, friendly & accommodating.

Lovely location, old building with details of history of ownership. Very peaceful. Superior rooms in main building are lovely. Nice gardens. Very helpful, pleasant & accomodating staff. They do have pet friendly rooms if you need it. We were upgraded as allocated a pet friendly room by Booking.com, the hotel took it upon themselves to upgrade which was a lovely thought.
