The location is as good as it can get. it closed to the caves. host don't speak English but communicate well. they have inhouse restaurant, it near the river, we really enjoyed

Absolutely adorable place with great hosts. Quite surroundings. We were allowed to park our car inside the yard. We also had dinner at additional cost, home made cheese, bread and fish. T'was delicious.

An atmospheric getaway with authentic Georgian food. The hosts were so kind and cooked us an amazing dinner (they offered breakfast as well but we had to leave). The location is stunning and close to the main area of Vardzia. The bed was also very comfortable, and the shower worked great! We loved hanging out outside with their dog and cows.

If I could rate this guesthouse any higher we surely would. We had an absolutely amazing stay and it was with a heavy heart leaving. When arriving we were welcomed by the entire family. Natali is a superb cook, serving traditional Georgian food that is all home made from the garden. Koba shared with us his home made wine and vodka and together with his wife Angelina gave us a look into the traditions of a Georgian home. The guesthouse is close to Vardzia, only a few minutes drive. When visiting I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to experience the real Georgia. Gaumarjos!!

Check-in went super smoothly even though we were arriving later in the evening. The breakfast provided is above and beyond, including doing a morning shot with the host. The rooms are comfortable, with everything you need provided.
