This hotel is very beautiful and aesthetic. We had breakfast and dinner included. The food was tasty and different every day. The rooms were clean, and cleaning was done every day. The beach area is also very aesthetic, the sea is clean, and the views are absolutely amazing. In the evenings, there is live music or a DJ. Special thanks to Vasilis — he was very helpful and answered all our questions. I truly recommend this hotel. If someone asks me where to stay on Zakynthos — I would definitely say this hotel.

Our stay was wonderful, and it is sure one of the best we’ve had with booking so far. The place offers you so much wanted peace and quiet. It is like going to your grandparents to some country side in the summertime. The house is very clean and cozy. It has beautiful view all day long (we mostly enjoyed it during the sunsets). Spending family time there with a bottle of fine Greek wine is sure one of the highlights from our visit to Zakynthos island. I appreciate staying in that house and being a guest of such a nice Greek family

I had a very pleasant stay here. You only hear the sound of nature. Well connected and has parking area. It also has a balcony where you can eat your meals. They clean the apartment every day. You can also cook properly here and its well ventilated 👌 Dimitris is a very kind and helpful person too!

We had a wonderful stay at Julia studios! The apartment had a small kitchen with everything you need if you would like to cook and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom also was in excellent conditions which is not so common in Greece. From the balcony we had a stunning view of the sea. Anastasia is a very nice and kind person, always smiling and full of advices if you need, for example she helped us choosing a boat rental for our trip to shipwreck and the caves. Last but not least there is a common area with free coffee and tea which was really useful!

We came (me and my mum) for a one week holiday to explore the island. We couldn’t have chosen better place to stay. The apartment was large, with a balcony and sea view, good equipment to cook for ourselves. The owner’s mum was in the area every morning (very pleasant and polite lady) making sure if we need anything or if everything is all right. Not to forget - free parking spot in front of the accommodation, few meters far from a shop, nice taverns around and great location to move from.

This hotel is very beautiful and aesthetic. We had breakfast and dinner included. The food was tasty and different every day. The rooms were clean, and cleaning was done every day. The beach area is also very aesthetic, the sea is clean, and the views are absolutely amazing. In the evenings, there is live music or a DJ. Our stay was wonderful, and it is sure one of the best we’ve had with booking so far. The place offers you so much wanted peace and quiet. It is like going to your grandparents to some country side in the summertime. The house is very clean and cozy. It has beautiful view all day long (we mostly enjoyed it during the sunsets). Spending family time there with a bottle of fine Greek wine is sure one of the highlights from our visit to Zakynthos island. We had a wonderful stay at Julia studios! The apartment had a small kitchen with everything you need if you would like to cook and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom also was in excellent conditions which is not so common in Greece. From the balcony we had a stunning view of the sea. Anastasia is a very nice and kind person, always smiling and full of advices if you need, for example she helped us choosing a boat rental for our trip to shipwreck and the caves. Last but not least there is a common area with free coffee and tea which was really useful!
