I lost my things at subway , and me and my family don’t know what to do , so we ask one off the hotel staff member for help, he was very kind! He called all the subway station we might lost out things at. Even though, we didn’t find our things :( But I’m really thankful for all the things he had done for us! Me and my family would love to come to this hotel again! :)

The house was so comfortable to stay in. Even leaving facial products and lots of towels and tissue. So very handy. And the host is so nice and because I left something they washed it and kept it for me until I could come back for it!

Very clean, great location - it was quiet while still being near the station and lively parts of Gangnam. Lots of coffee shops and a really nice bakery nearby too. Owner sent clear and easy to follow instructions on checking in and out, and responded quickly to questions. Overall, great stay.
