This is a very large and very clean apartment. High-quality bed linens and comfortable mattresses are provided. Hot water is available 24/7 with good pressure. The owner is very kind and friendly, showed us around and helped us with our first grocery shopping. There's a mini-cafe in the lobby, and the staff delivers coffee directly to your apartment. The building is located in the heart of the historic Patan district. Durbar Square is a 3-minute walk away. It's important to note the feeling of safety in the building and the surrounding area. You can stroll around the area until late at night. There are numerous small grocery stores around. It was a pleasure to return to the apartment after exploring the city.

I loved staying in the middle of Patan, high up overlooking the temple roofs and the valley. The hosts were very attentive and kind. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, with a touch of traditional style. They had great wifi and a battery for powercuts which allowed to work online comfortably.

The host is extremely kind and generous. Chandai Dai goes out of his way to make things comfortable and easy for you. I mentioned that I work online and have meetings online so he switched my room and gave me a quieter room for my calls. He has a lot of knowledge that he is happy to share. The location is excellent. It's a 2-minute walk from Patan Durbar Square, which is beautiful. Lots of good places to eat and beautiful alleyways to discover. Gives you a great glimpse into the local culture. The rooms are simple and comfortable. Overall, a great value for money

We were upgraded to the room overlooking the Patan Durbar Square because the host family thought we would be happier there. Grateful for their concern, because the view was priceless indeed. One could sit at the window for hours and watch the festive processions, friends saying their goodbyes, young artists painting, elderly people chatting -- all of the true charm of this bustling cultural capital. Even though it was a short stay, our host family felt like old friends who would go the extra mile to make you feel at home - they are great guides if you want to learn about local food and history, and great company if you want to have an evening chat overlooking the view. Thanks Madan and fam <3
