We were a bit late with our trip to the place, but the owner was waiting us with a fair in the garden. He welcomed us with traditional oman coffee and dates. Highly recommend his place. Very styled furnished rooms. In the kitchen you have the necessary stuff. There is enough place to park two or three cars in the yard and more in front.

Set in Al Ḩamrāʼ, 42 km from Nizwa Fort, Garden House features a terrace and views of the garden. There is a private entrance at the country house for the convenience of those who stay.

Lovely stay! The accommodation has a beautiful garden, and Waleed and Marita are very kind, helpful, and English-speaking. The bed was comfortable, the douche was good, and everything was clean. Highly recommended!

Located on the mountain overlooking the farm. Amazing privacy, private pool, decent kitchen, fully equipped bedrooms and living rooms, bbq spot, children playground and excellent sun rise and sun set views. The stay was worth every penny.

This place is magnificent, every detail is well thought. Located in a quiet ancient village al Hamra, it is very close to visit Misfah’s falaj systems. It is a peaceful place and we enjoyed very much our stay !

This place was perfect after a week's road tripping around Oman. I had the place to myself. Huge room and king sized bed, spacious wet room bathroom and best of all, a lovely pool, complete with mood lighting. The staff were all very welcoming and I felt at home. The location on a farm on the edge of Old Hamra was perfect for peace and quiet. Don't be put off by there being no food options. This means no dreaded queues at the breakfast buffet and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby for meals throughout the day. Horse riding through the date plantation in the centre of the old town was great, and only 10 OMR. Communication through booking.com worked very well Great location as a base for exploring Misfah Al Abriyyin, Jebel Shams, Jebel Akhdar, Bahla Fort, Jabreen Castle, Nizwa fort and souk, all within about an hours drive or less. Old Al Hamra is worth a look too.

At first we couldn't find it. But after a phonecall to the number at the bookingreservation, we received the right address. The host was humble, very friendly and we felt really welcome there. Great location for doing Jabal Shams balcony walk home. The host/owner was very nice and let me keep my things in the room until next day so that I could come after the hike and have a shower (which I did around 2-3 pm).
