The hotel and the rooms are so clean, cozy and modern. We couldn't complain about anything! The "mixed" pool is just amazing! Awesome view, sun beds and the hanging chairs were sooo relaxing! Actually, our stay began with a super helpful Ahmet at the reception. I've never seen anywhere in the world such a helpful and kind person! He is so professional! He made our stay way more pleasant. Why? One of the reasons is that later the first day our AC stopped working. Nobody at the reception was able to solve it (for 2 days!) until Ahmet appeared at the reception again. The problem was solved within 15 minutes! Next time we'll come to Muscat, this hotel is definitely a MUST!

The place is very spacious. We got an upgrade and two bathrooms for a couple The bed was exceptionally comfortable The shiaha bar was very nice and had a lovely terrace (was just a bit more expensive than the average Omani restaurant) . However the service and food and view were worth it The pool on the top floor was very nice on sunset time . It was empty and quite private. Could be enhanced with a bar/cafe service but I think not many people use it
