Booked two rooms with one having 2 single beds and the other with one big size bed.. just right for my family of four. The rooms are very clean and big enough for 2 persons each with seats, fridge, microwave oven and big tv. Each room have their own built in cabinets as well to store things and clothes if you like. They also provide basic toiletries (shampoo, soap, conditioner) in sachets and towels for use which are normally not available on other places we booked in Iba for the past years. The toilets are also built with water heater. Definetely a good place to stay. Location is very near to CSI and Govic highway.

Our experience was excellent. Due to a delayed flight, we contacted the property regarding a late check-in. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, waiting until 2 a.m. to welcome us and open the gate. The property itself is within a secure gated area, providing an added sense of safety. The apartment was well-equipped with all essentials, ensuring a comfortable stay. And the view you get to the mountain side is incredible.
