This place was in a house in a very simple neighborhood but the lovely owner had everything you could want,Zen music and a huge screen projected on the wall. High end bedding, towels, bathroom. Meals prepared for both the units. Fruit, coffee, cereal, eggs, you name it. And she picked us up at the airport and dropped us at the high-speed train in the morning. Wonderful place. Lovely alternative to an airport hotel

Had the most perfect stay at BKK39. Conveniently located very near to the airport. Literally 10 minutes away. The rooms were clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location is amazing because you can find everything just outside the hotel. There’s a 7-11, a salon, a massage parlour and a few food shops just outside the hotel. I highly recommend the lady selling the chicken noodle soup. I survived only on that in the time I’ve stayed there. There’s a little bit of noise but it’s expected as the hotel is super close to the airport. You can get some earplugs from the reception and that should solve your problem.

The breakfast is out of this world. Great local food, all fresh and super trendy. From the healthy juices to the oat banana pancakes, this breakfast is top notch. The hotel is well designed, trendy and focused on details. Staff is very kind and attentive. They do everything to make your stay wonderful. The view from the pool is amazing, the big swing is a nice instagram-worthy picture place and the bar gives you probably one of the best views over Bangkok. I work in the hotel industry and I know when a hotel is a zero or a hero. This one is definitely a hero.
