We never saw the staff, but our key was available for us and the cabin to our liking. It was a quiet place, with good beds. Since we stayed there on Labour Day we had some difficulties finding a restaurant, but in the end had dinner at the Hot Springs Hotel & Spa which was excellent and very closeby. We had breakfast at the Black Bear Café, also closeby and very good and cozy.

The hot breakfast was good and was nice that it was different each morning. The best part was the spa in this hotel.
