Everything! The homestay was beautiful and peaceful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But the best thing was the staff! She helped us with everything; booking a jeep tour, bus to da lat with pickup at the homestay and to find a lost bag. They also have the cutest puppy and kitten. Would definitely recommend!!

It was amazing! The room was clean with lots of storage space and the bathroom was huge with a separate shower. The rooftop is an amazing place to enjoy breakfast or watch the sunset. The beds were very comfortable. But the best thing was the owner. He helped us with everything. Organized the scooter for us, gave us bowls and spoons... My mom had an accident with the scooter on the last day and he helped her the next day to get to the bus because we had to leave earlier. It was one of our best stays during our seven month trip!

Perfect Location for the fishing Village & red sand dunes , and a nice quiet edge of town location, just a short walk or taxi to the bars . The lady who runs it is amazing, super friendly & helpful and makes a great coffee and eggs & fruit breakfast. atmosphere at this place is lovely just a few other travellers nice and relaxed but friendly.

Staff were very helpful. I reached the property late and I wanted to book a sunrise jeep tour. He immediately contacted some locals to help. I thought he would charged me a higher price. Turns out, it was almost half price of what was on Klook. He even allowed me to extend my stay until my bus timing at a very low price. I greatly appreciate the owner and would recommend others to stay.

Hotel Chao is located on the really nice place, just 10 min walk from the beach, and Little Buddha Surf Spot, if you're Surfer it will fits you amazing. They had amazing pool, and everyone are very nice and helpful. My room wasn't so big, but I just sleep there, and my balcony head amazing view on pool. Cafe outside is very cosy and nice to spend time, and caffes there are delicious. All other facilities, restoraunts are 5 min by Grab. I had amazing time in Chao hotel. Highly recommended.

we enjoyed staying here a lot. the first thing that n my rank is the very friendly staff! secondly, we loved staying by the pool during the day and evenings. at the evening is even nicer with all the lights and comfort that is organized. third is breakfasts. we were offered five different options to choose with fresh juices or coffee.

They have a communal kitchen you can use. It's dog friendly. Location is okay. People are nice. I liked the little courtyard where you can sit and eat or relax. It is a nice place if you can accept a few minor issues. However the price we paid was too high for what we got.

Dog friendly :) Beautiful villas - spacious and carefully designed - and working kitchen facilities were really useful, given the remote location of the resort. The bedroom was air conditioned and black out curtains meant it was dark and quiet, so we slept well. Lovely pool - the village area was peaceful and very well maintained. Staff were all great and service was very friendly. Food and drinks to order were high quality and reasonably priced.

We chose this resort as it’s pet friendly but it exceeded all of our expectations! The rooms were clean and spacious, the resort was well maintained and peaceful and the staff were all very attentive. Breakfast was made to order from a good range of options and dinner was high quality and reasonably priced (although vegetarian options were slightly limited). The pool area is pretty and the beach was also very clean and quiet. Perfect resort for a relaxing weekend away from the city with our dog.

Firstly, when I first booked it I have noticed that they are very responsive. Second, location is really accessible because its just along the street and parking of the car isnt really a problem. Third, the owners are hands on and can easily talked to. Staff are really friendly as well. Fourth, the rooms are like villa type and greeny environment so you will really feel relax and peaceful. We tag along our fur baby (poodle) and this place is quite good for fur parents as they are pet friendly. We really had a good time and realaxed holiday.
