It's in a great location—just a two-minute walk from the beach—and close to restaurants and supermarkets, making dining and shopping very convenient. The check-in process was smooth; the host met us at the apartment, handed over the keys, and showed us how everything worked. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with various appliances for added convenience. One of the highlights was the balcony, which offers an amazing view of the seaside. Additionally, the location is accessible for people using wheelchairs, which is a big plus. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Luxury Sea Paradise Apartment this June. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location truly can’t be beat—literally steps away from the beach, with stunning sea views from an extraordinary terasse that we enjoyed, and every morning from the seaside balcony. The apartment itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm days, and we especially appreciated the small touches—like the welcome amenities, the comfortable bed, and the well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals in. The area is peaceful and safe, perfect for relaxing, yet close enough to restaurant, Tracian Hills golf, Balchik and other attractions. We loved walking along the beach in the evenings, and the sunsets were just breathtaking. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—check-in was seamless, and they were always available for any questions or recommendations. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with the comfort of a luxury apartment, this is the place to stay. We’re already talking about coming back next summer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel has a great location - away from the noise and hectic everyday life. The rooms are new and clean. The restaurant was phenomenal - a large menu and excellently prepared dishes. The family that serves the house are great professionals - kind and responsive.

A great modern and spacious room with a gorgeous ocean view of the Black Sea from the room. The hotel is located in a small fisherman's cove which makes the atmosphere private and quiet. Nice experience staying there exploring the shoreline of Black Sea region of Bulgaria.

Located in Kavarna, 1 km from the beach, Calithea Complex is 2 star property, which offers self-catering accommodation units with free WiFi and a large furnished terrace with panoramic sea views. The wiews are spectacular, mountain and sea blend together, not so crowded area. Staff very welcoming. Beach area far from the hotel reachable by car.
