The property has excellent spa, staff was friendly from the time we checked in to the time we left, anyone we talked to or asked for help was helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The free parking and the welcoming treats were great! We would definitely stay here again, next time we visit Plovdiv!

The beds were incredibly cozy, and everything — from the facilities to the overall cleanliness — was just excellent. The owner was truly amazing! Even though we arrived quite late, she waited for us, saved us a parking spot behind the building, and welcomed us with a big smile. She was exceptionally kind, explained what to see and do in the city, and even offered us a lift — such a lovely gesture! The apartment itself was wonderful, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!
