The staff are super friendly and helpful.. we booked the canoe (mokoro) through them which was an amazing experience. Very well organised, the packed lunch was delicious, the guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. Also the driver who took us to the mokoro place (Lovemore) was super nice. All in all it was a very great experience.

It's only a 10-15 minute ride to get to center, and cars go frequently. This is a great place to stay with great people. Don't hesitate.
