The decor, furniture and views are absolutely stunning. Personnel are very friendly and food is very good and fairly priced. Rooms were very spacious and bed super comfy. I should have stayed here more days than I did.

The absolute highlight, however, was the location and the unforgettable view of the lake and the surrounding hills! Simply breathtaking, and I will definitely come back, whether alone or with friends. It was a fantastic stay with a wonderful feeling all around. The reception staff are simply outstanding! A lovely hotel for a short stay in Luzern. We were always greeted by lovely staff and the daily breakfast was great with incredible variety. The location is nicely tucked away from main tourist areas if you have access to a car, but it isn't too far from the city centre.

The elegant rooms are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, safe, minibar and hairdryer. Some rooms overlook the mountains or the lake. The hotel, the view, the food. Location amazing with perfect lake view. Facilities and spa very good. Stuff friendly.

It has all the amenities you require, however if you have 2 suitcases, it difficult to open it :) 2. Bathroom - clean and spacious 3. Staff - very friendly. The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.
