He was very helpful when you had any queries or help.. Definitely planning to stay again. Location was great. Very close to Lugano and Como.. The apartment was big enough, beds are comfi as well. Everything was great....

The rooms are spacious and clean with a breathtaking view to lakeugano. We booked the suit with a separate living room and a kitchenet. The resourt is big, has many facilities and is well maintained. We stayed at May and it was very quite, not too many guests and no families with kids. The staff is very warm and attending. The breakfast is excellent. The ECo spa has a breathtaking view to the lake from the sauna and the external jacuzzi, simply amazing. The location is great as well, very close to lake Como. All in all a great place and a great value for money.
