The decor, furniture and views are absolutely stunning. Personnel are very friendly and food is very good and fairly priced. Rooms were very spacious and bed super comfy. I should have stayed here more days than I did.

A very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, very nice and welcoming staff, extremely helpful and friendly. The absolute highlight, however, was the location and the unforgettable view of the lake and the surrounding hills! Simply breathtaking, and I will definitely come back, whether alone or with friends. It was a fantastic stay with a wonderful feeling all around. The reception staff are simply outstanding! Only the best!

The hotel is in the suburbs near Lucerne, 10 minutes by car from Lucerne lake. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and quiet, suitable for a relaxing holiday. The hotel staff are enthusiastic. One day ,when we returned to the hotel, it was a little past the order time. The hotel staff still provided us with dinner for the guests. Thank you very much.

Room - the room is clean however is very small. It has all the amenities you require, however if you have 2 suitcases, it difficult to open it :) 2. Bathroom - clean and spacious 3. Staff - very friendly. The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the cable car station, so you don’t have to carry your luggage. The staff is very friendly, positive, and helpful. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel!
