Based on the pictures of the outside of the building we were a little worried about this accommodation. There was a bit of basement type of smell on the stairs outside the apartment, but that was the extent of it. The apartment itself is very nice, modern, renovated, all furniture is nice and the bathroom is really clean. We were also happy with the wi-fi, which was used quite heavily by our family. What's best however about this location is it's proximity to the Mikulov Castle and it's surroundings. It takes just a couple of minutes to walk to the castle's park main entrance and you can have lunch along the way in Fallout themed bistro. As we were only staying in Mikulov on our way to Croatia, we didn't have much time to sightsee. The fact that both in the afternoon and in the morning we could just walk out and enjoy some food and sights without a long walk or travel, was very nice. The town and the apartment are also right next to the route 52, so you're not adding any distance to your travel, if you're on your way to Croatia. We were very satisfied.

We loved our stay. The check in was very smooth, a good coffee after the trip was exactly what we needed The room was spacious and clean, the bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, a lot of vegetables and fruits.

Palava eu 11 is gelegen in Pavlov, op 26 km van Kasteel van Valtice, 46 km van Špilberk-kasteel, en 48 km van Trade Fairs Brno. Very nice place over the lake (would be nice to stay longer) amont the wineyards. Estate overlooking the lake, evidently targeted for a transfer guests, but worth to stay longer. It had everything we needed for a couple of hours sleep: clean beds and parking.

Both the owner and the lady in charge were lovely and helpful. the place was spacious, tidy and bright. the location is wonderful, 5 minutes to the top of the castle and 10 mins from the very town centre. we loved it and will definitely come back
