Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. Hotel is a bit more pricey than other options in Ecuador, but it offers very good quality. Room was comfortable, with great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Staff is excellent and they are always very helpful. Hotel is very central and there is a guard at the entrance so you always feel safe. It is next to a mall, which is very convenient. Hotel has a restaurant and bar and they have a pick up service from the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I've been told it is really safe here. There is security everywhere in the area and buildings. Guayaquil is an amazing city and I have never felt unsafe, but do be more than respectful and be alert, like any big city. The city and its people will treat you exactly the same.

Good value for money. Owner is very kind and helpful, very nice host! Overall we were happy with the choice!

Villa 97 guayaquil Suites y Habitaciones Económicas Cerca del Aeropuerto ligger i Guayaquil, 5,4 km fra Iglesia Católica San Francisco og 6 km fra Malecón 2000. Everything! Location is great, they have breakfast for free in the morning, the kindest family ever. This is a little personal but I need to share this. I was sick for three days when I arrived to this hotel.. as soon as we checked into the hotel, the family could tell I was sick and instantly went and got me medicine and made me tea, and even got me a gatorade because i couldn’t eat anything. they helped take care of me without even knowing me first. not only is this hotel beautiful, quiet, 2 adorable family dogs.. nice rooms.. but also by staying here you are helping a family who puts others before themselves. i’d stay here again in a heartbeat. we recommend it immensely!

It wasn't so much about the hotel itself (which was great) but the staff. I came in feeling unwell and without me asking them to I was brought a tea to my room. When I told them I'd figured out that it was an infection making me sick they came with creams and medicines for me to use. The sweetest staff ever! 💗

Situated in front of Shopping Mall Del Sol and 5 km from the city centre, this hotel offers 5- star accommodation. It features an outdoor swimming pool and Wi-Fi is available. The hotel design is very nice and finishes are attractive. The staff were superior in all interactions.
