Nala Narty Nubian House & Organic Farm ligger i Aswan og har en have, privat strandområde, en terrasse og restaurant. The location on an island is quite cozy and has an amazing view. We were nicely welcomed by our host Omar, even if it was in the middle of the night. The rooms were clean and well decorated, the view of the Nile from the room is stunning. The breakfast was based on local products and homemade dishes. Overall an exceptional experience, we were glad to have stayed there.

The room and bathroom are very clean. The owner is lovely and very willing to help. They can also arrange an Abu Simbel tour and prepare breakfast for you. ฃ

The host was amazingly friendly, even inviting us to his nieces engagement party while we were there and we got to experience some authentic Nubian food! The location is great, much quieter than staying on the east bank but also just a short and very cheap ferry ride over to the hustle and bustle. The room was nice and clean with a bathroom, ceiling fan, heaps of cupboard space, supplied towels and a really comfy bed. Would definitely reccomend!

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold hos Abu. Alle der besøger Aswan bør absolut bo på Abu Guest House. Man får en ægte lokal oplevelse, personalet er utroligt venlige, og værelserne er rene og komfortable. Abu er desuden utrolig hjælpsom og kan arrangere ture og aktiviteter, hvis man ønsker det. Alt i alt en 10/10 oplevelse – vi kommer igen!

We had a fantastic room with view of the Nile. The owner was amazing and organized tour yo Abu Simbel and Felucca ride for us. We cannot recommend enough this place

Mohammed and the staff are absolutely the best! They’re easy to find and always ready to help with any questions or needs you may have. Breakfast, prepared carefully by Mohammed, is always delicious—though it’s more than enough for one person! The laundry service is fast, very clean, and super affordable. The room and bed are comfortable, and the overall design has a charming Nubian style. The shower and heater both work well, and the water pressure is amazing—which is something I really appreciate. The amenities are basic, but they do the job and actually exceed expectations considering the price. Yes, this place is a bit “far” from the center, but that’s exactly why I chose it. It’s located in a local Nubian village, and from the moment you step outside the hostel, you get to experience authentic local life. If you’re okay with traveling 20–30 minutes to the West Bank for your tours, and returning in the evening via a rougher road to enjoy a quieter, more peaceful atmosphere, then this is the place for you. I even walked along the Nile at night to the market and nearby restaurants—about 15 minutes—and I never once felt unsafe. The village kids are happy and playful, and the community is warm, helpful, and tightly knit. It’s clear that everyone looks out for one another, which makes you feel welcome and secure.
